“THE WINTER ARRIVES“
The winter arrives...
Odor of simple things here.
Firewood they have stacked in the streets of outskirts.
Odor of new loves among the young leaves of suburbs.
Beautiful and joyful to see them together.
In the air odor of earth and smoke.
The flowers, in all the seasons, know the secrets of the love.
My days I pass in the quiet and in the faint light of a room.
In my house life is almost today already a sweet memory.
The winter can now arrive.
Dreams have been surrounded and guarded with care and hurry.
I now believe to be able to devote me to the words.
I find peace in the rigors and in the heats of the winter.
The fire lights a faithful memory and produce a mirror for the imagination.
