this email is to inform you that I gathered much information about the UK banking cartel run by BOE, including the gold fixing mechanism, seigniorage book cooking, fixing credit market by window guidance, "moral suasion" as an offer financial institution cannot refuse, manipulation of the original MI6 mandate, etc. etc.
This email is to directly question you about if you are abilitated in such investigation or not. This is because I did try to do some same allegation in front of OLAF but they insisted they were not authorized to do the investigation.
Is you case the same?

Thanks for your note. I don't think the British anti-cartel police will help you, because the gold cartel is led by the government itself.
But you might ask the anti-cartel police why they allow the daily AM and PM gold price fixing system in London, which is not a free market in any traditional sense.
